The 1st and 3rd Light Brigades, both Aritan, plus the 4th Light Brigade (Remedia) have been declared operational and ready for service by the New DDS Army. This is a substancial increase in the available manpower with the Central Battlegroup now due to be fully operational by the early Summer.
In further Army developments the Maritime Support Regiment will be beefed up to a full brigade when it is doubled in size over the next year. It will be split though over the 2 Battlegroups. No further patrol boats will be procured though the number of marines will be increased. A second Prowler unit will also be trained in maritime operations.
