Orratai has been a target for the DDS Exports Team for the past year with the planet issueing a request to see the Provider transport last year. However they have now plumped for Clone technology and have ordered 4 Type C transports and a Type J oiler. Originally they turned down the Clones but Orratai also wanted combat aircraft and to tie it into the spacecraft order.
Although the DDS has a fast growing air force it lags behind the Clones in this aspect of military technology quite badly. The DDS offered the F-10SEP and NDAA to Orratai but the Orritans have instead preferred to buy 25 F-45AO and 60 A-85NTO fighters and COIN aircraft instead.
Both aircraft are localised versions of the latest HCSAF types. Transport aircraft are also expected to be ordered in a follow-on order. The value of the current order has not been announced but it is said to be around 3.5 billion zarks.
