Tinfish returns to service

The HCSN has a submarine again. SS Tinfish has returned to service following a refit and upgrade and resumes it's role as the HCSN's only submarine at least until the first Seawolf enters service next year. Tinfish has been fitted with the new SS-NS-3 cruise missile and gives the HCSN a modest ground attack capability from a submerged (and thus hard to detect) platform.

Tinfish has also been given improved communications equipment. It's role is mostly training for the HCSN though as the service attempts to build it's submarine force. When the Seawolf and later classes enter service Tinfish is likely to be returned to the museum from which it came!
