There have been reports of riots in Ailier City, Beyond Micom and several smaller cities across Cloneworld as a moribund economy has led to higher than expected unemployment in the Clone Star Empire. Many of the rioters called for higher spending on social programmes and employment creation, which of course would mean cutting the defence budget.
