Hundreds of UNP citizens, mostly human, have been rounded up by Starbotian security forces and forced to holding camps. Some are reported to have been killed in the action which was ruthless and led by the fascist K-Series Guard who support K-2. More round-ups are reported to be continuing.
Ronald has arrived on Liberation for talks with Sea Urchin. He said the Dinos would act as an intermediary if both sides wished to talk. He also condemned the rounding up of UNP citizens.
