The second running of Top Performance takes place in the Solar System with Pluto Outpost the operational headquarters. As with the first edition Top Performance is mock combat practice for ships whose primary role is non-combat (but of course in a war situation may well be called upon to defend themselves). A number of transports and minesweepers will take part in the operation.
