Dino-Land has been hit by planet wide power cuts as the planetary grid has collapsed. It is thought over eighty percent of properties are without power. Emperor MBH has ordered full mobilisation of the Dino Army and SS. The Dino Senate and Dino Army HQ have also relocated, as per emergency plans, to a secret location off-world.
Sources indicate the grid collapse may be due to a massive cyber attack. However it is not known how this could have occurred after much work that has taken place to prevent such an attack.
