The DDS have begun a major amphibious and combat operation to try and regain the initiative on Delta 9. A large part of the amphibious fleet supported by much of DDS South is trying to break through ABBO lines and then land 3 brigades of troops on the planet to relieve the increasingly beleaguered DDS troops on the planet who have been fighting against ABBO ground forces.
The DDS are keeping all details of the operation, known as Red Vulture, a secret. Some DDS bloggers are reporting the DDS fleet has met an ABBO fleet in combat near Delta 9 and there have been casualties.
