Despite the failure of Red Vulture to relieve Delta 9 Windscorpion has said that the DDS will try again very soon and will get through to the increasingly beleaguered troops on the planet. DDS sources indicate the ground forces on the planet may not last much longer without a major injection of fresh manpower and equipment.
According to respected bloggers the troops embarked on the DDS amphibious squadron have been kept at 24 hour readiness which indicates another attempt may be made within the next few days. Analysts say the DDS were too cautious in their operation which led to them not breaking through the ABBO lines.
