Lord Rotarios, hail to his copper wiring!, officially named the latest two ships to enter service with the New DDS Space Navy, which stands for drinking urine, flogging and walking the plank. The two ships are of the Extender class fleet oiler and transport being
7203 Liftmaster and
7204 Jetstar. Lord Rotarios said, "These new ships are efficient and operated with heightened professionalism! The New DDS is about purpose not waste."
The forthcoming Pentekonter class patrol ship was also officially unveiled. The ship will now be equipped with a Type 1C transphasic missile launcher (with 12 rounds), an ion cannon and 5 RV-4 missile launchers. Construction of the first of the class 3501 Thucydides has begun and should enter service next spring.
